We are open full day from 9.00am- 3.45pm

Charges:- £ 21.00 per session.

Registration Money- £ 20.00 ( Non Refundable)

Lunch times: £ 7.00

• We are open 38 week a year (Term Time Only)

• We are closed on public, bank and school holidays.

• We provide EEE funded place for all 3 and 4 year old children.

• We provide ELE funded place for 2 year old children, in which terms and conditions apply.

• We provide 30 hours free childcare in which terms and conditions apply.

Services:

• We provide high quality care and education for children primarily below statutory school age.
• We care for children in nappies and help parents to toilet train their children.
• We are adaptive, flexible and open to adjust and care for all special needs.
• We have qualified staff members, who are friendly, professional, but at the same time go out of their way to extend their help.
• We supervise the volunteers and students at the same time and allow no unsupervised access to children without any proper CRB checks.
• We always follow the policies that are set in the playgroup.
• We always have proper ratio between staff and children for better care supervision and attention.
• We provide protective clothing for the children when doing messy activity or when necessary.
• We encourage children to gain skills that help them to be independent and look after themselves.
• We provide activities that are interesting and stimulating in a safe environment.
• The setting works in partnership with parents to help children to learn and develop.
• We strictly follow equality and diversity policies and contribute to the life and wellbeing of the community.
• All parents are regarded as a members who have full participatory rights, which include right to be valued and respected, kept informed, consulted, involved and include at all levels.

Rules and regulations

• Children should not wear open toes shoes
• Children should not wear jewellery to the playgroup
• Children should wear clothing that is easy for them to manage.
• Parents are requested to provide nappies if their child is still in nappies.
• Parents are requested to provide with fruits and snacks to help us run the snack time of the playgroup most effectively.
• We have a “Late pick up Policy”. We appreciate parents to pick their children on time.
• We would appreciate punctuality and regularity.
• Parents need to pay the fees in advance and you need to pay for days even if your child is not attending for any reason.

Information we hold about you and your child

The data, we collect is

1. Processed fairly, lawfully and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject you and your family
