We are delighted as of November 2018 that Ofsted inspectors rated Beavers Lodge Playgroup officially Outstanding.
Inspectors were particularly impressed with the following areas, highlighting them as strengths and offering comments of praise:
- “The manager is inspirational, monitoring the provision exceptionally well. She supports all staff to continue to develop their already excellent skills and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.”
- “The manager and staff know the children extremely well and make highly accurate assessments of children's development.”
- “Children receive highly consistent messages and make outstanding progress in their development.”
- “Managers and staff have exceptional partnerships with parents. They share information about children's achievements extremely well and offer workshops to help parents continue the learning at home.”
- “The manager, senior staff and key persons work tirelessly with others involved in the care of the children, including nursery and school staff and other professionals. They use advice and guidance extremely well to make sure outcomes for children are highly successful and help them move on in their learning effectively.”
- “Children show high levels of self-esteem and confidence as they sing, dance and play musical instruments together.”
