Late Pick Up

 

The first time a parent/guardian picks up after the contrated he/she is given a verbal reminder of the Late Pick Up Policy.

The second time a parent/guardian picks up after the contracted time, the parent/guardian will receive a Warning Letter and a fine.

 

The third time a parent/guardian picks up after the contracted time; the parent guardian is required to attend a meeting with the head teacher or deputy head teacher of the school and sign an Attendance Agreement Form.

Failure to follow the Attendance Agreement Form will result in a child being terminated from the register.  The child will not be able to attend the playgroup.
